Ivan-tea granulated fermented
Did you know that the amount of vitamins and nutrients in Ivan-tea in the process of fermentation increases several times. The first production of fermented Ivan-tea was organized in Russia in the village of Koporye near St. Petersburg in the 18th century by the landowner Savyolov. The leaves were ground, scalded and dried with hot stones. According to the name of the place of this production, Ivan tea is sometimes called Koporye tea.
